  3. Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Do not mix too much or the cake will become too compact.
  4. Finish with the liquid cream. Pour this preparation into the previously buttered and lined cake mold .
  5. Bake at 145°C for 1 hour 30 minutes, keeping an eye on it; the knife blade should come out dry.
  6. Let the cake cool then place it in the freezer while you prepare the icing.
