A hot dish that I have been preparing for the New Year’s table for about 5 years: both meat and side dish

I often make these tender meat and potato rolls for the holidays. They are small, perfect for a bite and look delicious. Plus, they’re easy to make with simple, affordable ingredients, and you don’t have to worry about toppings. These rolls always delight guests.

We start by cutting the pork tenderloin into long, thin slices approximately 4 to 5 mm thick. Put them in a bowl.

Add the chopped onion to the meat. Pour in adjika (I didn’t spice it up), add a teaspoon of salt (not full), a tablespoon of sour cream and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix everything and leave to marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
