Prepare the Ribs:

If the ribs have a tough membrane on the back, remove it by sliding a knife under the membrane and pulling it off with a paper towel for better flavor absorption.
Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cook the Ribs:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 300-325°F or 150-160°C).
Brush the ribs with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2-3 hours, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and cooked through. Use indirect heat for best results, keeping the lid closed as much as possible to retain heat and smoke.
Oven Method:

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Place the seasoned ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2-2.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender and easily pull away from the bone.
