Instructions:

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup.

Step 2

Add the cubed bread and chopped pecans to the egg mixture. Stir to coat the bread evenly.

Step 3

Grease the slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.

Step 4

Pour the bread mixture into the slow cooker.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the topping.

Step 6

Sprinkle the topping mixture over the bread in the slow cooker.

Step 7

Dot the top with the cubed butter.

Step 8

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours.
