Recipe for a Cranberry Loaf

Two cups for flour
One teaspoon for baking powder
½ teaspoon salinity
One (8 ounce) fresh cranberry bag

¼ cup flour ¼ cup brown sugar
One cup butter
Techniques for Making Cranberry Cranberry Loaf

This may also be prepared as one very big loaf or in a 9-inch cake pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and well oil 2 loaf pans.
Add eggs and sugar to a large bowl; beat for five minutes, or until the mixture’s volume almost doubles (do not skip this step!).
Add butter, vanilla, and almond essence until creamy.
Mix gently flour, baking powder, and salt until just mixed; then stir in cranberries.
Spoon mixture onto the ready-made pans.
Combine all top ingredients in a small bowl until sandy in texture. Over loaves, toss.
For two loaves, bake for 45 to fifty minutes; for one big loaf, bake for 60 to seventy minutes. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Wait for loaves to cool before cutting.
