Recipe Apple Pie Egg Rolls

Mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, walnut-butternut, allspice and flour in a large bowl until apples are evenly coated.
Place an egg roll wrapper diagonally on a clean surface. Pour a generous amount of the apple mixture into the center of the package, avoiding overfilling.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling and tuck it slightly under. Fold the side corners to enclose the filling.Roll up the packaging tightly from bottom to top and seal the last corner with water.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2 to 3 minutes, turning them so that they cook evenly.

Remove the rolls from the oil and drain them on paper towels.
