Puff pastry spoons with cheese and salmon: your aperitif even more special!

PROCESS1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F.
2. Lay out sheets of puff pastry and cut into tablespoonfuls. Brush each teaspoon with egg wash (egg yolk beaten with milk) hsm and cover with sesame.
3. Lay the spoon on an aluminum foil tube as shown in the video. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. Serve each spoon with cream cheese, a piece of salad and a rolled slice of salmon.
