The Asian milk bread turned out well. I am not kidding when I say that we have spent months trying to find the ideal recipe for buttery, fluffy milk bread, and each time we have failed miserably. Up to the moment we pulled it off!

Partially whipped heavy cream, 2/3 cup (room temperature)
