Made last night and tasted very delicious! Hubby ordered three helpings.

Six to eight pork loin chops (boneless or bone-in)
Six peeled and cut russet potatoes
Two cans, ten ounces each, condensed cream of mushroom soup.
1 can evaporated milk, 12 ounces
Three quarters a cup of water
Three tablespoons onion soup base—that is, one package of Lipton onion soup.
Taste salinity and pepper.
Additional: Fried onions
Guidelines:
Preheat your oven to 325°F.
Combine in a large bowl the condensed cream of Mushroom soup, evaporated milk, water, onion soup base, pepper, and salt.
3. Arrange sliced potatoes bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Set the pork pieces on the potatoes.
5. equally over the potatoes pour the creamy mixture. Top if desired with fried onions.
After covering the casserole dish with aluminum foil, bake for two hours or two and half hours. To let browning take place, remove foil for final thirty minutes.
Before serving, let it cool somewhat. Savish your potatoes casserole and creamy pork chops!
