¾ Cup.Of olive oil.

1 Tsp.Of lemon extract.

½ Tsp.Of pure vanilla extract.

2 whole eggs.

2 large egg yolks.

¼ Cup.Of lemon juice.

1 Cup.Of creme fraiche.

FOR MAKING THE GLAZE, YOU’LL NEED:

2 ½ Cups.Of confectioners’ sugar-sifted.

5 Tbsp.Of lemon juice.
