1. First crumble the biscuits, then warm the butter or margarine, then mix the biscuit crumbs with the liquid fat.
2. Now you have to divide the mixture into 10 glasses (or into a large bowl), then press it lightly on the bottom and then put it in a cool place.
3. Next, mix the quark, sugar and vanilla sugar together, then beat 350 ml of cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
4. Gradually add a little milk (if the cream is too thick) until the desired consistency is reached. If you like, you can add a few tangerines here (or something else you like), but drain and pat dry very well so that the cream doesn’t become watery later.
