Mix butter with sugar until foamy, add 6 eggs (do not separate), mix, add vanilla sugar, flour, and melted cooking chocolate. Grease and flour the souffle molds well, spoon the mixture into them and bake at 200°C (the oven must be preheated) for exactly 11 minutes.

Leave the baked ones in the mold for exactly 2 minutes on the grill, then gently separate the mixture from the walls of the mold with a knife, and transfer to a dessert plate.
