I’ve been making my grandma’s peanut butter cookies since I was a kid, and they never fail to bring back fond memories

Warm Up: Set your oven to preheat at 350°F (175°C).

Blend & Mix: In a sizable mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Shape ‘Em Up: Sculpt the dough into 1-inch spheres and arrange them on a cookie sheet that’s devoid of grease.

Signature Touch: Press down on each sphere with a fork, crafting a criss-cross motif that’s synonymous with peanut butter cookies.

Baking Time: Slide the cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, till you spot a golden hue on your cookies.

Cool & Crunch: Once out of the oven, give them a moment to rest on the cookie sheet. Then, transfer them to a cooling rack and patiently (or not) wait for them to reach room temperature.
