Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
Layer the thinly sliced roast beef evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
Top the roast beef with halved slices of Swiss cheese.
Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese to create sandwiches.
In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Brush the melted butter over the tops of the slider buns, then pour the beef broth mixture evenly over the sliders.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops of the sliders are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
Serve the French dip sliders warm with a side of au jus dipping sauce.
