1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. Brown your ground beef in a big ol’ pan. Once it’s browned, drain out the fat. If you wanna spice it up, throw in that taco seasoning and give it a good mix.

3. Get your meat mixture ready by adding in the cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies. Let it cook over medium heat until it starts bubblin’ and looking all delicious.

4. Grab a baking dish and give it a good spray with some non-stick stuff.

5. Start layering those Doritos. Lay down about half of ’em on the bottom of the dish, kinda crush ’em up a bit as you go.

6. Spoon half of your meat mixture over the chips.

7. Sprinkle about a cup of that shredded cheese on top of the meat layer.

8. Repeat those layers – chips, meat, cheese – with whatever’s left.

9. Pop that bad boy in the oven and let it bake for ’bout 20 minutes, or until the cheese is all melty and everything’s heated through.

10. When it’s done, serve it up hot with some dollops of sour cream, diced green onions, cherry tomatoes, avocado or guacamole, and salsa on the side for dippin’ and scoopin’. Enjoy!
