CROCK POT CORN ON THE COB

If you’re using a good, fresh sweet corn from a local farm you can skip the sugar in the water. Corn on the cob from the grocery store tends to be less sweet and fresh tasting and the sugar can enhance the flavor a bit. It is optional, if you choose to skip it.

You can add as many ears of corn as will fit in your slow cooker. You can also break the corn cobs in half for more smaller servings of corn on the cob and this is what we usually do.
