Creamy Garlic Chicken

1. Prepare the chicken:
o Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. If the breasts are thick, you can shape or pound them to an even thickness for more even cooking.
2. Brown the chicken:
o In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil.Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
3. Prepare the garlic cream sauce:
o In the same pan, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant but not brown, about 1 minute.o Pour in the chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let the broth simmer and reduce by half.
o Add cream, Parmesan cheese and dried Italian herbs. If using, add the red pepper flakes now. Let the sauce simmer for another 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken.Season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
4. Mix chicken and sauce:
