Cow’s Milk Cheese Stuffed Potatoes

9 pieces of ground meat, cheddar cheese, green onion, scrambled eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Shape potato mixture into large loaf pans, 1/2 inch thick.
Fry the bread in hot oil until golden brown and soft, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with a dollop of cream on top.
