7 medium potatoes(cut into quarters)
Par boil the potatoes in salt water for 7 minutes then drain off
For the batter;
1 cup flour
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Chopped dhania
Water

Method:
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and add the water in slowly till you get a good consistency. (Not too thick and not too runny.

Coat the potatoes in the batter and deep fry till golden brown
