Cheesy Ground Beef and Bell Pepper Skillet

Cook the Ground Beef:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
Add Aromatics and Bell Peppers:
Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes, until they begin to soften.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Season the Mixture:
Add salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the beef and pepper mixture.
Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Allow the cheese to melt, about 5 minutes.
