Cheese bread made with caramel cream

Set oven to 350º F and gently butter or non-stick spray two 9x 5-inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl or mixer, blend butter, cream cheese, and sugar; then, one at a time, whisk in eggs and vanilla.
Whisk flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon until blended in a separate dish. Stirring until almost blended, gradually combine dry ingredients into wet ones.
Fill each oiled baking dish ¼ full of batter. Drizzle ¼ cup caramel topping over batter, swirling to keep it away from pan borders.
Carefully top the caramel layers with the remaining batter.
Put in oven and bake until toothpick put in middle comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes.
Out of the oven, let cool before serving. Pleasure!
