Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry

In a bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and coarsely ground black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add the sliced beef to the hot pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return the cooked beef to the pan and pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients.
Stir-fry everything together for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and coats the beef and vegetables evenly.
If the sauce is too thick, you can add beef broth or water to adjust the consistency.
Remove the pan from the heat and garnish the black pepper beef stir fry with chopped cilantro or green onions, if desired.
Serve the stir fry hot with cooked rice or noodles.
