Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels, then season them generously with salt and pepper.
Place the seasoned turkey wings on the wire rack on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
Bake the turkey wings in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
While the turkey wings are baking, prepare the mushroom gravy. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and garlic, stirring constantly, until the flour is fully incorporated and lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes.
Gradually pour in the chicken or turkey broth, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
Stir in the heavy cream and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the gravy is heated through and slightly thickened.
Season the mushroom gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the turkey wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
Serve the baked turkey wings with the mushroom gravy spooned over the top.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
Enjoy your delicious Baked Turkey Wings with Mushroom Gravy as a comforting and flavorful meal!
