Halved four small chicken breasts or two big chicken breasts, 1.5 lb chicken breast skinless, boneless

Salt

¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning

One-fourth teaspoon paprika

Spooned spinach with cream:

One cup vegetable oil

Ten ounces fresh green spinach

Minced four garlic cloves

½ cup half and half

Shredded mozzarella cheese, half-cup
