The solution involves creating a potent mixture with just two ingredients: boric acid and an egg yolk. By combining about three tablespoons of boric acid with the yolk of one egg and stirring until a doughy consistency is achieved, you can create an effective cockroach repellent. Form this mixture into small balls and place them on wax or parchment paper to dry for about an hour.
Once hardened, strategically place these balls in areas prone to cockroach activity. The pests are drawn to the bait, consume it, and ultimately perish. It’s crucial, however, to place these balls out of reach of pets and children to prevent accidental ingestion.
