Mike turned up his nose when I told him I was going to make this Creamy Potato and Hamburger Soup. He thinks he really doesn’t like eating hamburgers in soup. When I mention adding ground meat to the soup, he says he doesn’t like it. And whenever I make minced meat soup, he likes it very much.

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
▢1 white onion, sliced ▢1 large clove garlic, minced
▢6 cups chicken broth
▢6 cups Russet cheese ▢ Cup 2 of your favorites mixed vegetables ▢3 tablespoons dried parsley
▢2 tablespoons dried parsley
▢1 1/2 cups milk
▢2 tablespoons cornstarch
▢8 ounces cubed Velveeta cheese
