Ingredients:

For the dough:

1 1/2 cups (150g) almond flour
1/4 cup (28g) coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1 large egg
1 tablespoon cold water
For the filling:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup (75g) diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb (225g) ground beef or ground turkey
1/4 cup (60g) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup (30g) diced green olives (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
