2 Tsp Brown Sugar

For the Meatloaf:

1 lb. Tenderloin, or 96% Lean Ground Beef

1 ½ Slices of Whole Wheat Bread (crust removed and shredded)

1 Cup Vidalia Onion, chopped

3 Large Egg Whites

Pinch of Salt

½ tsp Pepper

3 tbsp. Ketchup

1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
